Team Building Program
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Each boat is skippered by an experienced and qualified skipper who will facilitate the development of sailing skills and teamwork which will lead to a series of close, short course racing to conclude the on-water session.
Team Building Days are 100% beginner friendly and we provide all the necessary safety and wet weather gear. All you need to bring is a sense of adventure, (a willingness to have a go) and change of clothes (for the occasional splash – these boats do not capsize!)
TAILOR MADE PACKAGES
Your sailing program can be modified to make the most of prevailing weather conditions and the overall package tailored to meet your companies’ particular needs, including conference facilities, food and beverage.
