What would be the next step?
After completing the Keelboat Learn to Sail Beginner Course the next step is the Intermediate Keelboat Course. This course will reinforce the skills you learnt in the previous course as well as add some new skills to your sailing knowledge. As well as the Keelboat courses, the SYC Boating Academy also offer Dinghy courses for adults. These courses offer different skills than the Keelboat courses such as better boat handling skills and much more. These courses can be another step if you want to keep on enhancing your sailing skills. If it is Keelboat sailing that you would like to become a part of, come down and try racing at SYC on a Thursday night with our twilight sailing in Daylight Savings Time. If you want to then continue racing at the club on a permanent basis you will need to become a member at SYC. For more information on membership please contact the office on 9598 7444
