This event is subject to cancellation at short notice. If this event is cancelled the makeup session will be March 18th. In the case of a second cancellation a refund will be offered or students may transfer to another session (subject to availability).
Category description:
Join in the excitement, fun and spectacle of twilight racing at SYC as crew on a Beneteau 7.5. Each boat will have a fully qualified instructor on board to talk you through the manouvers and tactics when fleet racing.
Format for the evening
5.30 pm Participants meet at Ken King Centre for briefing
5.40 pm Boat rigged
6.00 pm Boat leaves for warm up/practice
6.15 pm Race starts
8.15 pm Race finishes
8.30 pm Debrief
* Beneteau 7.5 Twilight Races are only open to current or previous participants in SYCBA'S Basic Skills courses.
